Are you sure it's just a 318iS ?? I don't know the specs of the car, but it looks fast for that kind of engine.Anyway, nice hands! I would like to drive like that!
That is impressive car control. Can't really imagine what it is like to drive with a welded diff? It have to make the difference, because otherwise drifting that coll with that stock car on asphalt is very hard.
ROFLMAO!!!! I've seen that guy... just a month ago in a trackday I went as an spectator... and it was AWESOME!!! he's a member of a E30 board my brother is also registered... crazy powerslides, especially considering the power of the 318is is not something mindblowing (can't imagine what this guy can do with a E30 M3 or something even more powerful) but he managed to keep the car sideways for a long time!! I know the welded diff helps... but it takes some skills to do that!!
both wheels are turning exactly the same time so everyday driving in town is very tire consuming as in the turn one of your wheels is sliding. Guys that had welded diffs said that they drifted in every turn to minimize the damages on car and tires I wanna have that on my car for a fun driving on circuits and airfields engine upgrade is the first step thou
Can't you install a diff with a lock. From some old Hiace?
I can get you a LSD over here for around $200 USD + shipping. Can you get some a nice set of Euro chrome bumpers??
really??? i will take a look for those bumpers I am affraid it will cost more so sent those parts(diff and bumpers) than they cost
Dani, is he going for the 4.10 LSD? The 3.73 LSD (usually in the 325is) might make your 318i too slow
^^really? I never heard of a diff from e30 higher than 4,10. ...and now I only need an LSD
