600hp wooden supercar? But....why?
« on: 19-Dec-2007, 06:03:16 »
This doesn't seem safe at all considering some of the suspension, chassis and wheels are made from wood.

I'm all for the use of wood, but that is just stupid. It will not be long until the car burns down. Good thing is ofcourse that if you have an accident, all you need is some plywood, nails and a hammer. :banghead:

Like it's ever gonna be made...

It's just an interesting concepts, I'm sure it'll never be realized. Would be cool if it would though.

It looks kinda good - if only it was carbon fibre instead of wood...

Yeah, I think it also turned out pretty good design wise, would love to see it make a run for top speed and watch as the parts fly off!!

Its not too bad considering that the wood is cheaper, and the car wont never get rusted

What a crazy idea, but at least they are 'thinking out of the box', even if maybe they went a little too far out of the box...

I don't think they were thinking outside of the box but rather thinking about what to make with the box the real car parts came in.

um I would of thought it would be heavier with would but it seems to be realtively light. I am going to have to read up on this and see how they go about his.

question, how would it do in crash tests??
