LOL, I just heard about this on the morning show I sometimes listen to.

he will sue and well, I cant blame him. shit doctors have a code and that is directly going against it, so there is no one to blame but the doctor in this case!!

^I agree. There are a lot of BS court cases around, but he has every right to sue. If a doctor took a pic of me when I was on the table, I'd sue too. Fuck, I hope the doctor at least gets some disciplinary action taken against him.
