Wild looking creature. Have to like it for it's extraordinaryness! How does this windscreen-less thing work? I don't see any "plane" there that would form an rising stream of air to protect the driver's face? What if you get a small bird in our face at 300 km/h Or can you even drive without a helmet?The sound is nice too. Sounds like supercharged V8 to me.
There was the Renault Spider - IMO of the coolest cars ever made...(Image removed from quote.)It didn't had a windscreen (the second series had one, losing all its coolness IMO) but there was some sort of "air windscreen" that could protect the drivers from little stones and bugs. Talking with an owner in a trackday a couple of years ago, he mentioned that it was impossible to drive that thing without helmet I guess it's like the Caterham Superlights or the Ariel Atom...
