My 2001 Honda Civic Type R
« on: 11-Aug-2008, 20:05:24 »
sorry i been absent from here for a while, things got busy with me,lol
Well, the time finally came of being in the position to buy a proper hot hatch, the fiesta i still love to bits,i actually still have it,lol

but after driving daggernites civic.......i had to get myself one.with a bit of searching i came across this 2001 model,in nighthawk black,53k miles, full service history.

i cant get across how much i love this car.the driving experience it gives when pushing hard is fantastic, but when you just want it to be a car,to go from A to B it does that very well also.

heres some pics....

Congrats GIS!!

She's a beaut, Im glad you went for it afterall. The Type-R is one of the best if not the best hot hatch out there!

How much did you pay for it in the end?

Nice to see you got your type R Danny, will you keep the fiesta for sentimental values or will it be sold..

Any plans for the new toy.......

You know what I think, I think its awesome, a car you've always wanted and now own. Definatly a car that somehow exceeds its specs and can roll with most cars out there. Now come to Huddersfield and lets drive!!

P.s It definatly feels weird seeing a pic of your car when you are use to seeing a blue ZS.

Nice purchase! Seems like you got a good deal too.

Gonna keep the Fiesta as a project car?

Another hot hatch in TAU. I've seen Type Rs being pushed very hard and they have big respect from me. Excellent cars. Congrats gis! :good:
