Idd it's a glacier white R27 to be correct actually

Funny story behind it tbf, it's my neighbours, and when i bought my rs he had a brand new golf V GT, chipped with passat W8 wheels etc.
And he was allways slating my clio, as according to him his golf was faster and more fun, better in the twisty's  etc, which was all good and well untill i took him out on one of my rallye style blast trough some county lanes, and then i mean a decent blast  after that his golf was sold in about 2 weeks and a new clio RS on order
Never heard a bad word anymore about the clio :whip: all i hear now is how much nicer mine sounds :D

I know I know. Been meaning to, but been a bit sick the past few weeks...

Anything planned on Tuesday or Wednesday evening?

Drugs, dirty dancing and pounding techno music!

Got some new rubber today
Special thanks to our family doc who kindly donated them to me (yes that means i didn't have to pay for them :good:), he couldn't use them any more as 205-50/15 tyre size isn't allowed any more in his racing class.
So this means i now got a set of brand spankers yokohama advan A048 which i'll be using for dry tarmac.
I also got a set of Kuhmo Ecsta V700 which have seen 30mins of track action, maybe less, they'll be used a as wet track tyre, as they've been cut so that more water can flow out.
Both sets are of medium compound.
And for good measure, some pics

yoko's

kuhmo's

Anyways one step closer again towards a decent track/roadgoing car

Cheers
V

Those are exactly the 2 tyres I've been using on my GT Turbo lately :good:

And they're unbelievable. As if you had a LSD. The Advans are a bit better if you ask me. The Kumhos are mounted on bigger wheels and they're wider, and with them the back will never ever unsettle. But if I had to pick ones... those would be the Advan!
