Dang, I feel your pain.

The upgrade to iOS 5 was definitely the more troublesome since I'm using iDevices, but now that is done, I'm much more relaxed, cause I feel the Cloud will only help in the process the next time around (for instance when I'll get my new 4S...)!

Just updated to iOS 5... and all I can say is that Apple finally fixed one of the biggest issues on their operating systen: the notifications. For someone who is bombed everyday with dozens of Whatsapp, mail, Twitter - it's perfect. iCloud looks very promising as well, but I don't think you can synchronize it with a Mac running Snow Leopard.

I was quite disappointed aswell, but thinking about it with cold mind, it's a big step forward. That's why me and my wife got down our names on a pre-order list for a couple of 4S, waiting for the 5 to come out!

Fanboys.

Waiting for my 4S (should arrive next week), I got myself a trendy cover for my iPad.

It's made by Freitag (www.freitag.ch), a real swiss trendsetter. Since many years, the offer many kind of bags and such, made with old tarpaulin taken from trucks, washed, cut and sewed together. Their bags are pretty damn famous around here and deserve to be known all around the world, since the concept is just brillant.

Their iPad sleeve is sure expensive, but it works pretty much as the smart cover, but better protect your idevice!
