a.d. Tramontana R-Edition, official unveiling
« on: 25-Feb-2009, 11:32:00 »
First of all, a big thanks to dropot2 and all the people behind the a.d. Tramontana company for inviting me to the presentation. It was cool to have an oportunity like this (a first, for me), an official presentation, on track... And a big thanks for giving me a passenger lap at the end! Sadly the car was in 550hp-mode instead of the massive 720hp... but still, the performance was impressive. The kick of the turbos at the exit of the corners was brutal... the car really sounds like an SLR... big turbo blowing under heavy acceleration. As I said with the Veyron... IMO it sounds as a car like this should sound: raw, powerful... The braking was also quite impressive I have to say! :good:

Here're the pics. Feel free to add this link to Digg or Stumbleupon... since I don't think there's much info on this car (and so many pics) on the net :)

Nice pics, thanks! I'm not a big fan of the car, cause IMO it doesn't look very good or sound very good, but all I can do is wish you luck

Just a video about the Tramontana R. It's a poor video (the sound is just horrible!!!) but there you will be able to see some onboard shots. Nothing special, but you will be able to get an idea of which is the feeling of driving the Tramontana:

Once you get in the first thing you do is looking for the missile button. It's like driving and F14 Tomcat on the road.

 the view from the cockpit is spectacular!!  :good: Indeed the sound in the vid is nothing to get excited about, but the roads they drive on from 2:40 look pretty great  :D
