I'm proud to present some unique photos of this very special foiled Tramontana "jet", presented at the Engadina Classics 2009 by invitation of the SMAC.

Thanks guys, unfortunately the owner of Tramontana didn't want to let me do a photoshooting (they obviously have a restricted policy in terms of press shootings and photos been taken to make the car rare - means only Dani was allowed so far

)........... hence I was only able to make some snapshots during the event .... it all comes down to be at the right place at the right moment (e.g. when the car was waiting to cross the runway

)

more photos will follow - they had a small but nice collection of cars present, from WW-age 1000hp RollsRoyce Hurricane to the newest Tramonana

It was a private car or the factory car?

IMO it was a company car - if I'm right there was the owner of Tramontana and kind of a testdriver and a lady (Sil...V) - I'll send you some photos of them via pm, maybe you know them.

the sound was cool, not very loud at the beginning when the car approaches - but then a high screem like a jet - very cool to hear it flying by on a runway

Yup, company car then. Dropot2 coudn't attend this event sadly... the bastard is going to Goodwood instead

The camouflage really compliments the crazy shape of the Tramontana. Beautiful photos, the weather seems perfect!
