I'm going to keep daily driving her (as long as its not a blizzard) until I move into my apartment I am buying in NYC. We should be closing the deal by the end of the month, so it's safe to say by January I'll be taking the subway to and from work!

Although I'll miss driving her, she'll just be about 30-40 minutes away at my parents house waiting for me on the weekends. My commute time will be basically the same, roughly and hour long, but taking the subway allows me to catch up on some rest and other junk I can do on the train!

Might as well give an update on my beloved DAAEEEWOOO.

I've been keeping her fine Korean ass down in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, parking on the street. Makes the commute to work nice, and I still get to drive her daily.

It's not all that perfect though. I have already received two almost car length scratches on each side. Each morning when I walk up to my car, I can't help but think I might find my large rear hatch glass broken to a billion pieces. Luckily that hasn't happened.

This past weekend I went up to my parent's to visit and noticed my alternator belt was starting to fringe. I hoped it would last another week or so, but it ended up snapping while I was around my parent's house. It sucks, but I was glad it happened there and I was able to park it safely at their house rather than me being standed in the city.
