I don't think he meant youngsters as kids, but as young adult people, and the robbing/stabbing things refering to crime in general.

I think youre right, but he is 67, so quite a few people are young to him lol

Supposedly there's a video on youtube of the girl who is filming apologizing for taking the old guy's bag because her parents are making her. I have a hard time believing that EITHER of these scumbags have parents in any form.
