FANTASTIC video!  :good:

1 million fps Slow Motion video of bullet impacts made by Werner Mehl from Kurzzeit

It's amazing how sometimes it looks like the bullet just liquefies!

Incredible! It's almost like the difference between looking at a fly with your eyes and with an electron microscope, you just see so much detail you could never see otherwise.

what's the purpose of the bullets around 8min - looks like the back of the bulelt stops at the entrance

amazing slow motion
looks like some research work for and against bullet impacts  (sandwich structures, different impact angles,...)

the small drops in mid-flight are interesting, are there waterdops or hard balls ?

Nice stuff!  I love the bullets hitting the glass and seeing the cracks form,

the shotgun bbs at the end are incredible. Air rifle pellets at about 4:30 are pretty neat.

I don't think those bullets were designed for hitting metal because they shatter completely. If they hit flesh or bone they just form that mushroom shape.

The video is amazing but it does get a little boring occasionally with the same bullet hitting dozen of times.

It's amazing how the bullets melt in the impact. I remember shooting a railroad track with .22 lead bullet. I placed an aluminium soda can next to the impact point and molten pieces of the lead bullet pierced the soda can even from 50cm away.
