Ok... this may be quite an old topic :nutz:  but if you want some real texas cookin, let's do it for real. Jamie oliver just put an epispde on the tele and its total bs. If you want some real texas bbq minus smoking the beef for 18 hours, email me. Either way, if you want an easy texas recipe for ribs or brisket, try this; 15 minutes @ 425 degrees F, plus 2-3 hours @ 250 degrees F. Juicy, tasty, and wonderful. Thank me later... :mrgreen:

Thankssss! I''ve seen the one with James May in which he had beaten Ramsey making a Fish-pie, he was absolutely stunned typical Gordon Ramsey style, ''He won? With that pile of shit?''  :lol:
