you need people to work for you to get that amount of money

Couldn't have put it better myself. I am about to graduate from college with my BBA in accounting and an MS in finance, and I was considering going into investment banking. However, my sister's bf was in I-banking for 3 years, and seeing what his life, or lack thereof I should say, was like made my decision to go a different route much easier. Investment bankers and private equity managers make a boatload of money even if they aren't in charge, but IMHO, you really have to take into account what you are giving up in return for that high paycheck...

I guess what I am trying to say is that you are absolutely right. If you want to make the kind of money that would allow you to buy and maintain these type of cars, the easiest way is to start your own company.
