I always watched that show when I was young. As you can see near the end there are lot of DAF 66's used for these races. These cars were (standard) equiped with a variomatic gearbox. Topspeed in reverse was the same as the forward topspeed! After a few years there were no DAF 66's left in Holland

  That was funny! Around here I've never seen races like this, or caravan-races... or events such as the Lemons 24 hours. And it sucks 'cause I'd be the first in line to register!
