Looks so clean and well-organized... you should see mine :whistle: :blush:

I would say that nothing is done in that garage but it is just a clean parking place. Clinically clean garage is like an offroad car without any mud on it. You just know it's been misused for its whole life.

^^^ I think there is a fine balance though. I thing a well thought out garage/space should keep 'it-self' clean.

People need to worry about their own life and not someones else's.  The guy had numerous inspectors come out and they never had a problem with it.  What a bunch of jerks!
