I think i felt my heart drop into my stomach when Vettel lost that spark plug. He was on top all day long. Mark my words, we WILL see that kid become champion, and I'd like to see it happen this year.

I guess I have to actually say congrats to Alonso for a race well run, as much as I hate him.
Point it. Punch it.

If your mechanic doesn't have a story about crossing plug wires, he either hasn't been a mechanic for very long, or lies out his ass

Dull racing thanks to the no refueling strategy.

I believe that Alonso might have still won the race even if Vettel's car didnt have the problem.

I just hope there is more overtaking in the subsequent races.

my oh my.... that was a boring race.. i guess there would have been no overtakings if vettel didn't had a problem with his car..  i'm not sure if the rule changes make the whole thing more interesting... we'll see in the next races...

Agreed.

The drives said it's impossible to overtake with such heavy cars. That said, there used to be F1 without fuel stops as well and I doubt people would call those times boring. Hopefully it's just a case of drivers having to get used to the new feel of the car, grow a pair of balls and make it interesting again.
