Just Read This - McLaren F1 Fire

McLaren F1 that caught on fire last year in Santa Rosa.

Anyone know what became of it?  Fixed or junked?

my guess would be that it had developed an oil leak and unfortunately dripped onto the exhaust headers. With the cats being right there as well, it must have ignited. That's the only thing i can come up with that would cause something like this to happen.

I'm sure McLaren will figure out someway to fix it .

EXACTLY...2009!  How can that be considered a Stan when it was soooo long ago?  I mean, if I Stan within 30-days...sure...but anything over a month old...is basically new news to me!
