Sorry guys,
I kind'a screwed up while trying to install the skype thingie MartinR(Insane) asked for.
Had to do a minor forum upgrade (from 1.1.9 to 1.1.11) for the mod to be accepted, and well it became a big forum upgrade to v2 beta3.

All I'm saying is that I'm not to blame, but MartinR is

So, we're running the latest of the software right now. I know it's still beta, but it gets more attention from the developers then the last stable version. So why not

It'll take a couple of days to get it back to speed again, and I'll try to make it even better.
I'll try to do a lot this afternoon, but the rest will be for next week. Have to work this weekend and monday, but then I'm home for a week

If there are suggestions or requests, now it's the time to do so!

About the theme itself, you guys know that I am not that big of a favor for different themes since they are a lot of work to maintain and adjust each time there's a board update or a new feature to be installed.
And well, to be honest, I actually like this version of it. It's clean and clear...

Our previous portal and forum was one of the best looking forum on the net. Everything was there at first view: New post
, recent discussions and a good looking theme etc...

Hey Thamar, do you think we will get some of those previous cool features back again ?

BTW, please ban MartinR right away.

We don't need Skype stuff here.

The portalpage, so the main front page WILL COME BACK. I just need time for that one. That'll probably happen somewhere next week.
Right now I'm concentrating on getting the board itself back to full force, and that's going ok for the moment.

Any other features you would like schwalbe?

@Darkel: Don't read me wrong here, I just wanted to get similar features that we had before, because we are so used to it and many members here have more than +30years old so we are reluctant to new changes at our age.

I think the new layout looks nice enough, the only thing I don't like are the yellow/red/etc boxes below peoples' names, I prefer the stars that we had before. Hahaha, when I turned my computer on this morning, and come onto TAU, I kept clicking 'home' and wondering why it wasn't just staying in the forum, then I saw this topic hahah. Oh yeah, and first things first, ban MartinR for causing all this!

Just joking around because Thamar probably had a "ahh damn it" moment when he realized the work that was suddenly ahead of him
