Early this month I saw at my favorite magazines & newspapers shop a similar car review.

Don't buy the mag and watch this instead.

My choice is definitely the Audi RS5, but it's not sold over here and I still prefer Sedan & Avant over a coupe.

I really like the depreciation rate on the CTS-V. The 556 hp sedan CTS-V can be a good succesor for my car.

Motor Trend? 
My money would be all over that M3; that being said, I do like the looks of that RS5, especially the head on view, sexy! Why is the Caddilac in this company?  A bit of a stretch....

^^^^^Yeah I know Motor Trend goes in Europe. LOL !

The new CTS-V series is not that bad, it's super fast, the interior is superb (super rare for a domestic car)...........and mainly it's cheaper (Bang for the buck factor).

I saw this issue on the magazine racks and bought it, so I know who wins...

I'd go with the RS5 hands down. I don't even have to think about it

The caddy is awesome, drive one and it will change your mind. It is probably my pick of the three. I have driven several M3s, and I prefer the CTS-V. I have yet to drive an S5, however.

i agree with paul, i think the CTS-V would be a good choice, we all know the awesome power of the german cars, but this american muscle should be a kind of wulf in the sheep dingsbums.
