Some photos from a week ago. The track was only open in the afternoon so not to many photos. There were lots of Ferrari's present though.
I've had some problems with my website and didn't have much time to fix it. I've changed the gallery script, so it should be a bit easier to browse my pics now.

Porsche 356

Carrera GT

Porsche 997 GT3 RS Mk2

Ferrari 430 Scuderia

Ferrari California

Ferrari 599

That's the one I saw! Now we'll just have to stand back and wait for stmoritzer to stumble onto this thread...

I was there that day too, so I saw all these cars driving on the track. Sadly I'm not as good as AlfaGTV in capturing them on camera.   I loved the two F430 Scuderia's driving in combo all the time. The driver of the California was either trying to keep it in one piece or wasn't much of a natural driver...

Too bad you didn't see the Lotus 2-Eleven in John Player Special livery (can't find it on your website). Arguably the best looking car that day!

I love that JPS 2-Eleven!

There were quite a few Ferraris that evening! During the AvD you could see quite a lot of them too :) The blue Scud looks sensational, and what can I say about the 356?! A-wesome!

Great photos! Went to the Nordschleife for the first time myself last weekend, what a rush...

Didn't that Lotus Two eleven crash last Sunday (while we were there) ?

I think it's this one -> http://www.e40racer.be/php/nurburgring-04-07-10.php?sfpg=Kl9URjQ4MTM4X3dtLmpwZyoyOTAwYzQ3YmZhOWVlYTc4MTY1ZTQyZWYwMzQyYzA3Yg Is a regular driver at the ring... but hey even the best have their moments...
I spoke to an Elise (with 240hp Honda engine) driver last time I was over, he has done well over 1000 laps on the ring in it. He told me they are fun cars to drive, but when they break out you need super fast reactions. A 211 is probably even more difficult to handle at the limit.

The owner offered this car for rent to a friend of mine, askind something like 200€ for a lap or something. I mean, the driver could not be the regular driver and just a newbie who thought he was Schumacher
