The last one isnt, but the rest are.I use Photomatix, it pretty much does everything for you, all you have to do is get the raw pics to open in the program (i shoot everything in raw anyway) then it merges them together and everything, then you do the tonemapping which is basically just moving different sliders about until it looks right, thats all i did anyway.you can make three different exposures to put into photmatix from one of your RAW files if youve still got them.
