It is cold....but it is stable now around -10. We have 40cm of ice in the fjord, so no fun testing of boats at work lately

A few days after I finally finished the new center console frame in the car, the RNS-E navi unit died...broken, and because it is not in its original car...no warranty. Got me an Alpine 98-something (matches factory orange lights) and installed the orignal center console again. There's a USB plug and an iPod cable in the glovebox.

Skaala, it looks like a nearly brand-new car in the pics, amazing! I hope you find a good and caring buyer for it who will take as excellent care of it as you did. :good:

not so much acitivity on the car as i had hoped. Only a few people have called lately, and most of them want to trade with high milage (140-160.000km) B5 RS4's. If I am going for a B5 RS4 it should be less than 80-100k km. I'm travelling almost the whole of june, me and Dr. Lovejoy will return from China on the 22 of June and go on the ferry to denmark on the 23rd, and then on to Nürburg. So not so much time to change cars...If I am taking the RS2 to the RR10 I would like to have it resprayed first, but not sure if I can get someone to do it on short notice. A professional respray of the whole car will come in at around $4.000,-

I have found several nice B5 RS4's in Germany and Switzerland, so if the car gets sold, I'm on the first plane south. I found a really nice one in Switzerland with only 33.000km on it!

EURO is quite low now compared to Norwegian Krone, so it would be a good time to import from Germany.
Keep in mind the €51.000,- I have to add on the price in Norwegian tax... :hit: :roulette:

Option 1:

Option 2: Beutifully modified with all the right stuff:

Option 3 - really like this one:

Option 4 - über low milage:

Option 5 - Nicely modified, but needs black optics pack to work (design wise)

I love the option 5... black matt + BBS LM!!

But... call me booring... I prefer a nice, stock silver one. It's the colour that suits the RS4 teh better IMO...

If I was you (and I would like to be in the same position of buying an B5 RS4) I would select the option #4 because it's IMO the most logical and always my goal to buy a car with the less mileage as possible...if the car is in mint condition.  ;)

For sure the option #5 is interesting and the car has some good elements to start a cool project, but it has too many KM for my taste.

The other options are also interesting, but I can't live day to day with a Grün, Blau or Imola Gelb RS4. In my book a B5 RS4 must be Red, Black or Silver. :good:

Take your time buddy to find your pearl.  ;)

definitely option #4 - the car was never driven in wintertime, it's in good shape.
option #5 sounds like a racer.

In any case...matt black foil and BBS LM are a given

In that case, the yellow one looks very nice, but you could buy a lower mileage one and do the mods yourself.

Oh and about the rims, I'd go for BBS CH, but you've probably seen both on an RS4 and know which one comes closer to what you want
